About South Carolina Center for Fathers and Families
Founded in 2002, the South Carolina Center for Fathers and Families has served nearly 40,000 fathers through educational programs and family services that help fathers become great dads. Established by the Sisters of Charity Foundation in South Carolina to help alleviate poverty among families across the state, the Center carries on the mission and legacy of the Sisters of Charity of St. Augustine, which began in 1851, bringing health and healing to fathers, families, and communities.
