About Center for Hospice Care
Center for Hospice Care provides unique support for each patient and their family. It is a community-based, non-profit organization that has been part of northern Indiana's fabric for over 40 years, offering hospice, home health, grief counseling, and community education. The organization serves nine counties in northern Indiana and operates two Medicare-certified inpatient care facilities.
