About Immigrant Children Advocates' Relief Effort (ICARE)

ICARE is a coalition of legal advocates dedicated to expanding access to legal representation for immigrant children facing deportation in New York City, while advocating for universal access to counsel. Every year, thousands of immigrant children in NYC face complex immigration proceedings without an attorney. ICARE brings together leading legal organizations to turn a fragmented system into a coordinated response, so more children get the protection they deserve.
