About CASA Kane County

The CASA Organization manages a team of trained volunteers, called Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASAs)/Guardian Ad Litem (Sworn in as officers of the court), whose role is to advocate for the best interest of children who have experience abuse and/or neglect, removed from their home and now in foster care.  We believe and advocate for all children in the foster care system to have a safe, nurturing and permanent home, where they can thrive with the support and involvement of their community.
