About Lougheed Center for Applied Learning

Founded in 2015 and rededicated in 2018, the Lougheed Center for Applied Learning is the first integrated academic opportunity center of its kind in the SUNY system. Its mission is to offer coordinated experiential learning opportunities that enhance students' knowledge and skills, promoting self-discovery for engaged and lifelong academic, personal, and career success. The center supports various programs, including internships, student research, and career services, aiming to provide students with practical experiences that complement their academic studies.
